Where did these folks come from?

Ice Monger started as a simple vision in early 2020. We started developing the idea among friends just for shits and giggles. We all decided to build what we thought was the perfect ice sculpting CNC. We did this mostly for ourselves to see if we could make something better than what we had available on the retail market at the time ( Ice Sculpt, Laguna, ShopBot, misc. bolt together kits and the Ice Carve Pro CNC ) were really the only players in the game. All had pros and cons but could we pick and choose strengths to combine into one machine?

We got pricing for each machine manufacturer and afterwards we felt confident that there was room to build a machine that was kick-ass without breaking the bank. So we built it. We tested it. We broke it, tested it more, broke it again (insert a few iterations of that) modified things as we went and after a several months of R&D we had a complete machine that we were proud of. That’s when it sank in and we all thought to ourselves “Hot damn, we should sell these freakin things.”. That’s when the wheels of a company were set in motion. We wanted to create a trusted brand with a industry centric goal.

We officially launched in early 2021, marking the culmination of our dedicated efforts and unwavering passion for the ice industry. At the helm of our company stands an exceptional ownership team comprised of multiple seasoned ice industry professionals as well as experienced CNC machine production veterans. It is through the collective expertise and decades of hands-on experience that we have witnessed the creation of over 20,000 exquisite ice sculptures and cocktail ice cubes, each telling its unique visual story. Furthermore, our accomplished team of CNC machine production veterans has manufactured and distributed well over 5,000 cutting-edge machines across various industries worldwide, establishing a solid reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and unmatched precision. With this incredible blend of skill sets and unmatched industry knowledge, we are proud to offer our customers unrivaled quality and innovation in the world of ice.

Our production facility is located in the hills of the great smoky mountains USA and almost every single part is made in house paying attention to every small detail. With that being said we are happy to ship worldwide.
