Required Documentation
Send us your Sales and Use Tax Information to remove sales tax from your invoice if you qualify for a manufacturing equipment exemption.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates on invoices are estimates, there can always be product delays out of our control.
If you are receiving your equipment order by freight shipping, a forklift or skid steer with a 6' pallet fork is required to safely unload the machine from the freight truck.*This is solely the responsibility of the customer.
If you are picking up your equipment order from our facility, a trailer is required to safely transport your machine to your destination. You must also ensure that it is covered from rain/water during travel. We will not warranty issues related to water damage in transport.
For On Site Delivery & Training
It is not Ice Mongers’ responsibility to fully train your CAD/CAM artist. We expect some level of understanding to get rolling with the machine. Your team member will need to know some of the basics to get them moving. We will provide your Aspire license a few weeks before your delivery so you can go ahead and get started getting familiar.
Please understand there are many online options for free instruction. We also do no provide post processors for non-Vectric software, but they are generally available online from the CAD/CAM software provider you choose.
You must have an internet in the freezer, 2 x 110v and 1x 220v connections ready for install day. Warranties
Manufacturing Defects
Electrical : 9 Months from Delivery Date
Mechanical : 9 Months from Delivery Date
Control Computer: 3 Months from Delivery Date
Ice Monger does not warranty outside components such as air compressors, de-icers or dryers etc.
After the warranty period is up, we bill at $100 per hour for machine repair assistance, with a one hour min. for any machine issue. We are happy to fly out to your studio to assist if needed but lodging, travel expenses and per hour billing will be applied.
IF YOU FREEZER GOES DOWN
Like any CNC machine or equipment with electrical components a full melt down in a freezer can cause certain components to rust or fail if not dealt with right away.
You must immediately dry off every part of the machine that condensates, if this is not done it will VOID your warranty. Please add lubricant where necessary, generally on all moving metal parts such as the rack and pinion and bearings, etc. This ensures moisture cannot build up on important components. Get some kind of air mover / fans going as soon as possible so it is dried out as quickly as possible.
General Warranty & Service
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, we do not cover improper use, acts of god such as lightning strikes, power surges, poor maintenance practices, nor breakdowns related to general wear and tear.
Please document any and all issues and inform us immediately for assistance.
